When I was in Sam's club I showed them all my service orders from Samsung. The manager told me to to just bring it back. He said if Samsung can't get it right in 8 months he personally wouldn't trust them anymore..
I no longer have to deal with Samsung's customer service and CVE!! WHOOHOO!!!
No more asking if the unit is plugged in when I complain about mechanical noise!!
Now I just need to figure out what I want to do.. I just know one thing.. It will not be getting a Samsung!! Actually I think I will stay away from HTiBs all together.

How can Samsung feel good about themselves trying to stick it to their customers? They dragged me on for 8 months! Were they hoping the warranty would run up and then I would be out of luck?
