These TVs have very limited video decoding and many folk flame over it. Few want to learn about video encoding and some want to bring up "it worked before" etc.
Let's keep it simple. Not a reliable feature out of the box. We can re-encode and fix it but imagine what we have to find out and learn.

hi,
i keep getting "request cannot be completed. it will be returned to the main screen." error when I open any folder which has a video in it.
My tv is samsung 65 inch H7150 and i have watched several videos from the same usb 3.0 128GB flash drive. it is in exFAT format. Then, i received this error. couple days later, it started to work again and during this time, i didn`t update the tv or change any settings. Few days later, started to give the same error. I had to reset the tv and it started work again but only for a week and then same error message.
I can`t keep reset my tv to have it work and besides all those amazon-netflix-browser freezing or crash to main screen issues, this is my biggest concern because i can`t use any of the smart features which i paid several hundred dollars extra just to have those fancy things. I am really disappointed with the smart hub and had to go back to my apple tv but this is really unacceptable for such big company and very expensive tv.
I hope some one can give me an idea.
BTW, it does work for photos and music but not videos which was working just fine before. changing the folder view did not help, either.
thanks for your help in advance.
