Samsung going downhill

So over the past 2 and a half years it seems that Samsung has gone downhill as a brand. Between the note 7 which both of us had to return 2 x apiece, we have since had a washer leak all over the floor twice within 4 months of purchase, then had a refrigerator just 2 months after warranty quit cooling. This is unacceptable of any company, especially one with the brand power of samsung. None of the Appliances were bargain bin but towards the top of the line appliances as well, including the phones.
