Bought this for my son. He set it to 'swim mode', swam in our FOUR FOOT POOL. The watch later died. Sent to Samsung (still under warranty). They sent it back saying sorry we don't cover liquid damage. Wait, WHAT THE???? We followed ALL directions, the watch failed and they refused to fix/replace it. REPEATED calls to Samsung were useless. We 'escalated' our complaint, spoke to some sort of 'manager' who said they approved to have our watch repaired or replaced. That we would be receiving an email with instructions on how and where to send it. They never sent an email. We went through this mess three times, wasted hours on the phone, were made promises that were ultimately never kept. We've given up.
We have many Samsung products, but now I see that they don't stand by their products, I will start to look at other brands.
