Question

Samsung Galaxy Trend Plus

Hi,

I have found two problems with my new Galaxy Trend Plus:
(a) I am not getting voicemail notifications
(b) I cannot receive texts from multiple people who are in my contacts. They can receive texts from me.

I would appreciate help to resolve these.

Both those issues are carrier related.

Samsung doesn't run the cellular network so head to your carrier's counter to have them check out your phone settings and the issues you are having.
