Samsung Galaxy Tablet/Note

Hi guys,yours not so tech savvy.i have a Samsung Galaxy S2 Android phone and wondering ,if i get a tablet/note Android can i use the same apps that i use on my phone?I am thinking of getting a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1,good/choice?thank you any feed back.

There is a neat part of Android in that the Apps have details about what OS, hardware and more inside the app that the App stores use to filter out apps that your device can't use.

This is unlike Windows which means that having an app on one Android does not mean it is available on the next Android.

You'll want to check the apps one by one and email the author if there is any question about compatibility.

Hi Bob,thanks for the info.What is a good tablet 10.1 Android please?I have looked at so many and really don't know what to go with.Nexus was looking ok but no SD slot.16 GB is sufficient for what i will need and can always get a SD card later if needed.Thank you in advance

I have the Nexus 7 and it's great.

I am not missing the sd card slot so I can't guess why folks fret about that. The office has many tablets. The Asus Transformer with it's keyboard dock has microSD and full size SD slots and is almost, not quite as useful as a Netbook half the price.
