Question

Samsung Galaxy Tab3 10.1" - No device found

Jan 23, 2014 7:45PM PST

Hi,

I keep failing to download apps from the Samsung app store and the 'no device found' message pops up on the store page. Can someone give me details of how to fix this disconnect, please? I am not a techie so clear and detailed advice would be much appreciated.

Thank you

As Samsung's services failed (the servers were fine)

You would call them and ask what's up and when it will be fixed.

If you run into this error, try doing this:

1. Goto Menu>Settings>Apps>All>Google Framework Services>Clear Data
2.Do the same thing for the Google Play Store App
3. Reboot your tablet
4. Open Play Store app and wait a few minutes
5. Try using the Play Store from your computer again and check to see if your device is recognized now

Note: You may only have to clear data for the Play Store app and open the app again. All these measures were included to be safe
