There appears to be a dozen models world wide. As such I can only be vague here. If it doesn't work then there is some defect or maybe it just doesn't do HDMI.

That is, I take your word that you did your research that your tablet does HDMI with this cable. Your post seems to reveal that this was not done.

I don't mind double checking this for you but you can imagine I'd have to know exactly what you have.

Hi,

This tab does not support screen mirroring."

This does not mean we can't get it to do MiraCast. But this many posts and I'm still having to guess you have the UK model I linked to.

samsung.com.uk.ue.br etc and then find your model and post that link here. I have another idea but how to proceed?

OK, I guess I'll note what I'm thinking and let you find a way.

I'd head to XDA Developers to install a new ROM that supports MiraCast.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
