Samsung galaxy tab s2 9.7

Won't recognise fingerprint or back up password. Suggests I sign in with Google but when I try it says no internet connection -can't do that until I sign in! How can I get round the above and use my Tablet please! HELP, HELP, HELP

Thanks a lot for your reply. How do I factory reset it, please, when I can't open it up? Do you think PC World or Car Phone Warehouse would do it if I can't? Don't know what country you are in, if you don't know the companies, they are two UK computer etc. chain stores.
