Question

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (error message)

Mar 27, 2016 6:57AM PDT

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Exynos SoC) last week. Ever since I activated the phone, I have been getting an error message saying "unfortunately com.samsung.faceservice has stopped". This error message keeps popping up every now and then, and has become quite a nuisance value. The phone otherwise seems to be working perfectly fine. I am attaching the screenshot.

Is there any manner in which I can set right this error? Also, what exactly does the error message me? Please help.

Thank you.

Regards,

GG

Back to the shop and let them fix it under warranty.

I agree. That's so new that it's back to the shop.

Now if you installed some apps, you may have something incompatible. Try a full reset and don't install apps at first until you figure out how to save and restore your stuff.

Would suggest best to fix it in warranty rather than trying some stuffs at home.
