Last I read, it was not covered under warranty. when is the funeral for your nephew? 
Hi. I recently received the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 2 weeks ago. And today my nephew decided to insert the s pen the wrong way round, click got stuck and he yanked it out. Will Samsung replace the device they cannot repair it? Or do I have to search and wait for techies to have parts available.
