I see this happen with many apps. And with a new plague of rogue apps (read http://arstechnica.com/security/2015/11/new-type-of-auto-rooting-android-adware-is-nearly-impossible-to-remove/ ) and ad supported apps that cause issues. Well, I always factory reset to dust off apps to see if that's it.
Another member found a "cleaner" app caused bluetooth and other issues.
Some owners maintain that the tablet maker should fix bad apps. I don't.
So I have had the Note 5 for about 4 months now and I have had a plethora of problems. I am living in Singapore and the service here is really quite bad.
Firstly, I have had to do a reset every single time my screen freezes. This happens randomly and the screen would be unresponsive for more than 10 seconds and the device would not respond even if I pressed the home or power button.
Secondly, a fast charging issue plagues me. I am unable to fast charge. I have sent in my device for about 4-5 times to a service centre already and the issue isn't solved. I have had 4 cables including the one that came with the unit and also a replaced USB port but none of them worked.
Thirdly, When I pull out the s-pen there is momentary lag that may or may not last for more than 3 seconds. If it does, I have to reset the phone like my first problem.
Do you guys encounter the same problem? Do you guys have any solutions? I am so tired of this problematic device I have escalated the problem and initiated a refund/replacement but until now neither the service centre nor Samsung has gotten back to me yet. Because it is an escalation there isn't any service order number. Can somebody help me?
