My location went from working to spotty at best so I switched carriers and it's better. It was not a phone issue.
Am I the only one who has the phone from hell! Problems with this device for past year after a system upgrade. Major problem with no data connection. Must use wi-fi. Verizon and Samsung have been absolutely NO HELP. I even was in contact with Verizon Corporate office and after a while they literally "dismissed" me. Can't wait to get rid of this device and switch from Verizon after 20+ years.
