Question

Samsung Galaxy Core plus turning off please help!

Hi, I have Samasung Galaxy Core plus, and when I want to install an app, it turns off. It doesn't even turn off, it just shows Samsung logo, and turns on. Please reply! It turns off randomly sometimes.

Ps : I factory restored it yesterday, but I had play store, now I don't even have play store

try the following

try a soft reset
1. Press and hold the Power button (located on the upper-right edge) until the Phone options prompt appears.
2. Tap Restart.
3. When prompted with 'The device will restart', tap OK.
Note If unable to perform a soft reset, remove then re-insert the battery.

try deleting the system cache
1. Turn off power when off, Press Power, Volume Up and Home simultaneously
2. Wait until the phone vibrates and then release Power and Home
3. You should now see the recovery screen. Use the volume buttons to move and select Wipe Cache Partition.
4. Press the Power button to confirm.
5. Select Reboot System Now and again, hit Power to confirm.

Thanks for the reply, I will give it a try. I think the first solution won't work, because I even tried a new battery. But I will wipe cache ☺

(NT) it mean remove - reinsert battery and try soft reset again

I think my 9yo sis bought it in the middle of february this year or at the end of ferbuary, I'm not sure, so it can't be old ☺

Then it's a warranty case. Back to the shop amd let them fix it.
