Answer
Because of the work I do

I have the usual Android and Apple cell phones. I also have some tablets and the iPad Mini.

The reason I have all these is for app development. But here I can't chose for you or tell you why you should pick because I don't know your or what you need.

So there it is, pick by need.

Thank you for your answer!

I want to buy a tablet especially for browsing the web, using some apps and especially for Youtube. So no hardcore gaming etc.

Because I don't want to use my iPhone 6 constantly when I'm in bed, a tablet should be an alternative. It doesn't have to be really big, because I'm laying in bed, holding the tablet in the air and the screen resolution should be pretty good to watch HD video.

Thanks for your view on this matter!

I wonder if you need to consider the Amazon Fire too.

It's great at videos and has YouTube and the price is a fraction of the mini. But for the budget I would give the nod to the iPad.
