Samsung FX2490HD Full Screen

Hello Roomies,

Samsung FX2490HD with the lates driver
WinXp professional 64bit up to date with 4Gb Ram and 350GB
Ati radeon HD3650 series

My problem is that I'm not able to expand my screen to fill up my 24inch screen, I have looked all over the manual and I have found nothing. So I'm here for your help.
my resolution is (1920 x 1080 ) correct and here are 2 pictures to make it clear.
My pc is connected with my Monitor with DVI / HDMI.
