Samsung Frontload Washer

Oct 25, 2018 2:56PM PDT

Samsung washer model # WF42H5000AW/A2 purchased during the Memorial Day Sale 2018, held for me at local Sears store, and installed in July 2018 by my builder (who has decades of experience with washer, including front load, installations). Since installation, the washer literally moves with each wash cycle. As you look at the machine, the front right corner moves a full 2" with each and every wash load - regardless of the load size and type of wash cycle run (delicate, normal, bedding, heavy duty....).
My builder and TWO Samsung technicians have verified the shipping bolts were removed and that the machine is level (ceramic tile floor). Still the machine moves. The first technician placed sandpaper under the two front feet. This had no effect. The technicians have also put it through several test modes which don't show a problem, but as soon as any sized load of clothing is placed in the washer and a full cycle run, by the end of the wash, the front right corner is forward 2". Do the math, after three cycles, that's 6 inches!!! After 2 cycles the laundry doors can't close. If I leave the door in front of the washer closed, the washer pushes it off track!
To date, ECR has been zero help. ECR says they can't do anything because "no defect is found" by the two Samsung Warranty Technicians who have been sent to look at it. Buyer beware.
