Samsung Fr Door Refrig. Fix for stuck pantry drawer??

Samsung Model RFG298AARS 29 cu ft French Door
The bottom most drawer--called the pantry drawer. Is stuck and will not roll out. I've emptied it and the shelf above. It will not budge. Refrigerator is about 3 years old. Does any one have the solution??

Water under the pull out has frozen

Had (have) the same problem. Lousy design of defrost system allows the defrosted water to freeze in the discharge tube so it overflows into the lower platform under the pull out shelf. When it freezes, it freezes the roller wheel on the bottom of the shelf in the layer if ice and it won't move until you defrost the fridge to the point it releases. There are utube videos of how to defrost the coils but Samsung has known about this forever and won't fix it.
