Samsung FP-T5084 vs Samsung HP-T5064

by legnaz / February 18, 2008 12:31 PM PST

I was wondering if there was a big difference between the two, besides one being 1080p. Do I even need 1080p? I have an xbox 360 with an HD player. I want to buy one of these TV's, but don't want to spend extra cash on the 1080p if I don't need to. I am also looking to keep this TV for more than 4 years. Is there a noticeable difference in the picture when hooked up to an HD player? And does the 5064 support 1080i? So which should I buy? FP-T5084? Or HP-T5064?
