Screen troubles are only sometimes corrected by firmware upgrades. The rest of the time, something needs to be fixed on the hardware. But just so you know, this forum is meant to mainly support US products and customers. So while this is a service issue, I can't actually offer to set up service for you. I believe you own either a Australian [ http://www.samsung.com/au/support/main/supportMain.do ] or New Zealand [ http://www.samsung.com/nz/support/main/supportMain.do ] model based upon the codes you provided. I have an LA32R81BDX-XSA revision CM01 which has recently had screen troubles. Samsung said there is no firmware update for this model? can anyone correct me
I also have a LA32A650A1-FXXY which I have update one from having a line of stuck red pixels. Now I have sound issues and again there is no update to be found.
