This makes 2 clear warranty issues. Today some makers rush to market or a carrier breaks what was a standard feature.
On my Galaxy A3 I opened the Find My Device app and after logging into it through my Google account and exploring its functions I clicked on the arrow next to the "erase" function assuming that would just open up details about how to use it. What happened is that it greyed out the erase function and put a cross next to it. I can't find any way of ungreying it and removing the cross. Since my phone's still working normally I clearly haven't erased it but I'm worried I may have permanently either disabled the erase function or set it to automatically trigger if I ever click the "lock" function. Grateful if someone could put me out of my misery. I'd just like to get it back the way it was.
