It's usually a Samsung service that went offline. Always call in the error model bind issues.
Ok my Samsung smart tv has been getting this error code for 5 days now meaning I cannot access apps ect.
I have full connection although the error code says I do not.
I have tried doing a factory reset which did not help
I also tried a firmware usb update which wasn't required as I have the latest software.
I have looked for hours online and cant find a solution, please help.
My model number is UE40ES6100
