by scotty2oo6 / May 22, 2014 4:44 AM PDT

Ok my Samsung smart tv has been getting this error code for 5 days now meaning I cannot access apps ect.

I have full connection although the error code says I do not.
I have tried doing a factory reset which did not help
I also tried a firmware usb update which wasn't required as I have the latest software.

I have looked for hours online and cant find a solution, please help.

My model number is UE40ES6100

There is usually no online fix for that one.

It's usually a Samsung service that went offline. Always call in the error model bind issues.

I have had the servers down previously however I have now had the issue for 5 days which is a lot longer than normal plus I have checked the down site and it says Samsung is working as normal and nobody else has complained

Remember this is one of their classics.

We all wonder why they use such a cryptic message so call it in and let them fix you up.

Now when they work on such things you can bet that service outages may occur. Error Model Bind, the message is something of a throwback to me. That is, if I ran a software shop that error would never be seen after the release date.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
