Just spent an hour on the phone with Samsung trying to lodge a complaint against this dryer they refused to send me confirmation of a complaint and in the end said they would use it as feedback they claim they had no complaints at all against the samsung dryer. I guess not, since They refuse to file the complaint and only use everything for feedback (ihave replaced every part on this dryer) I paid over 1800 for the set. the dryer has never worked correctly; now the drum is cracked. they say there are no problems; although I have read of hundreds of cracked drums regarding Samsung dryers. Their reply to that was that they could not confirm or deny Internet statements; but they refused to file a formal complaint on their own website and will only use a complaint as feedback. give me a break !
