I recently discovered a hole in the drum of our Samsung Dryer. The Dryer was purchased 3 years ago and I realize that it is past warranty. However when I saw the numerous amount of complaints about this specific issue, I thought I would chime in as well. I called customer support and they we absolutely no help at all. Said they could send someone out to fix it but on my dime. It looks and sounds like this is a defective product and Samsung has a responsibility to the public to handle faulty product. Please share if you have experienced the same or similar issues with ANY Samsung products. I would hope that a company this size would stand behind their product.
