Samsung customer support is terrible

I purchased a galaxy A6 on March 15th, brand new, by March 22nd I was having to mail in the phone to be repaired due to a burnt out screen LCD. My phone "got lost" during shipment, once recovered I finally received my phone today April 11th. Only to discover it was shipped back with NO SIM CARD or TRAY!!!! Customer service says if they can find it, they'll overnight it to me or they will issue me a new one. So now I'm waiting on a call within the next couple days to see what they decide to do... my experience has been an absolute nightmare and I'm considering switched to an iPhone (which I previously was totally against)..... screw samsung and their incompetent workers!!!!!!!!!!!
