I would contact the retailer you purchased it from since it is only four months old and see if they can do anything.
I personally will never again purchase a front load washer again. at 6 years old, it started sounding like it had shoes in it during the spinning cycle. it was out of warranty. I paid 700+ for it and it was going to cost about 1500 for repair.
We have been trying to resolve a warranty issue with our front load washer for 7 weeks. Its only 4 months old and makes this awful noise when it goes into spin cycle. Went to "excutive relations" to be resolved. Multiple phone call and hours of waiting on hold getting zero help from customer service... we have several products with the Samsung name on it and have always been a fan but now not soo much. Its crap that they wont back up thier products. Something needs to be done about this... and yet Cnet and the likes give them stellar reviews....
