Samsung Customer Service Really Sucks

Bought side by side Fridge.....First doors are scratched and dented when they came out of box....delivery guys great and waited until I phoned store immediately...they notified Samsung who sent new doors in almost 2 weeks. Then the BIG PROBLEM.....Installer Stein Appliances took a screwdriver to install GLASS-Water Dispenser on door FOR SOME UNKNOWN reason. Then, slipped and chipped the glass & put a scratch down front. 6 Phone calls to Samsung who after their investigation of Stein Appliances, seems the guy TONY can't remember doing any damage!!! Liar and Samsung believed him?? THANKS SAMSUNG for nothing, I paid $2400 for a fridge that has never been brand new but rather dented & scratched and chipped!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their Customer service solution appears to be "our failure is your loss". Sent them my Gear S2 watch 2 weeks ago and was told that back of the watch detaching from the case and letting sweat in was "part of normal use of the product" and not under warranty. So over a warranty complaint on a product that is now the previous generation model they are going to lose a long time committed customer.
