I have been calling samsung for a month now and get no help at all. I've sat on hold for over 10 hrs trying to get a memory card that never came with my bundle. I call 855samusa1 and they tell me someone will email me within 48 hrs. After 5 days I finally get an email that tells me to call 855samusa1. The same place that told me they would email. So pretty much they are making me run in circles. Today i sit on hold for another hr for the person to hang up on me before helping me at all. So I call another samsung number hoping to talk to someone that can help. They tell me they will transfer me to a manager. I sit on hold for over an hour and a half to never have anyone pick up. This is insane. I've never dealt with a worst customer service ever. I've seen employers from samsung help ppl in forums. Can someone please help me. I'm done sitting on hold. And at this point I'm done buying anything samsung. I own 2 smart tvs, surround sound, washer, dryer, fridge, and a phone from samsung. But will not support a company that doesn't help their customers at all. Please make me stay with samsung and fix this issue
