Samsung Customer Service

Dec 6, 2017 6:49AM PST

I saw a deal on the Samsung website on 11/7/17 for a Galaxy 8S that had a free Dex and $200 trade-in for my Samsung S5. The promotion expired 11/12/17. On 11/12 I went to the website to order the phone and the promotion was gone having already changed over to the following week's promotion which was less than the deal expiring 11/12. I originally emailed Samsung on 11/12 explaining the issue and requested the deal. They emailed me back that the deal expired 11/12. I said I was aware and if they looked at the date and time of my email they would see that I tried to contact them when I could not place the order on 11/12. In phone conversations they say there is nothing to do other than continue to look on their website for the deal to come back. Evidently expiration dates for Samsung means the day BEFORE the actual expiration date. I am very frustrated with the Samsung and their customer service as they were basically useless in honoring their promotion.
