power off and remove the SIM and memory cards. Now try it again. I've found some phones need that to get going. If the memory card is bad or in need of formatting it can cause a phone to lock up. As to the SIM you didn't tell what carrier so I have to share generic advice.
Lastly, why did you leave the store with a non-working phone?
Hi all,
I'm having trouble getting back into my Samsung lite phone.
I had to go into the store to get it rebooted and now I can't get past the End user license agreement.
I tick agree and it the asks my to input my Google account details. I do so and then low and behold I'm back at the End User License agreement to start the process again.
Does anyone know what is happening and how this is resolved?
