Content Library
Dec 16, 2008 6:43AM PST

RTShaw,

I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the website is mistakenly offering a tutorial in the LNxxA650 portion of the website for a feature that is available only on the LNxxA750 series of televisions. The LNxxA650 units do not have the software available to run Library Content. I have notified our web team, and they should be correcting that shortly.

However, the LNxxA650 DOES have WiseLink capabilities. If you are able to download or obtain hi-resolution photos that you would like displayed on your television in a slide-show like presentation, that functionality is available on the LNxxA650 models that have WiseLink, which include the 52" model and the 32" model.

Those photos do have to meet some resolution requirements, which will be included in your manual.

thanks 4 info but

hand damage plese forgive mistakes

thanks 4 the inf but i was very disapointed being bedridden now 4 about 12 yrs i do all my electronic purchasing by what i read aboutthe product at its origional sight & specs. i was fratic aboutthe 650 model but disappontd my wife couldnt se the cooking, exersice stuff and i couldnt display the aquarium. yepi already have displayed pics & music isthere any thing inthe works 2 allow video like the HT-TZ515 rceiver? (bought 3 i like em so much easy 2 use 4 me and easy 2 set up my commercial remote & control bthe the 650, receiver, anothee r tv, my massage & position bed, lights, etc.
But i should have gotten one that i didnt have 2 use with my computer running 2 access media from my net drives 9using vista's media thing/server)so i will have 2 get an external unnit 2 provide that function or wait a year then get a higher version like 850 or so. wish i'd seen t first. but im happy especially the usb movie funcion on the receiver. dont need my 400 dvd changer anymore (but did keep it) also would have liked 2 have see 1 or 2 more optical ports although i do use an auto optical switcher (more room taken up - less 4 all my othe r electronic & computer syff and i do have tons of it)

thanks again wish they'd be more specific and accurate in the online info but i can live with it the pix is excellent like they are in the same roomm and i havve a 37 inch polaroid that my 32 inch 650 blows away in pic quality & other features except input sources.
i'm looking 4 descrete codes 4 a few of the receiver functions (2 make it easier on my wife) but the 650 defaulting 2 coax in is a pain, so i'd like discrete codes 2 jump 2 each input insteading of having 2 go thru each 2 get say from hdmi-1 to component 2, drives my wife mad (andthe reason 4 me programing this remote)

sorry all my meds make me run on & on

i do appreciate all help.
i'd like 2 try the MediaLive Digital Media Adapter Model: MR-000EA1 ad actually purchased one even knowing i had 2 leave one of my computers on 24/7 (all controlled remotely from my bed) i stared at the box and didnt want 2 try 2 use the littl e strenght i had 2 hook it up even thugh it was so simple. if i was stronger i wouldnt mind leaving one comuter on heck i have 2 net drives on 24/7 but i just couldbnt see even trying iut.
btw the receivers dvd unit plays everything (another dvd unit i got rid of). plays dual layer great no more compression beautiful pix cant imagine anything being better (batman was right next 2 my bed, seemed like i could touch him)

im thru - thanks

No plans
Dec 23, 2008 3:41AM PST

isaacbro,

Unfortunately at this time, there are no plans to update the 6-Series LCDs series to play the downloads. One of the benefits of the 7-Series is that it has additional data storage space installed for such applications. The 6-Series does not.
