Question

Samsung computer issue

Jan 16, 2015 3:58AM PST

Hello all,

I wonder if there are any computer whizzes who can help me.

I am experiencing problems from my Samsung Notebook model number NP 355 V5C.

Basically the Laptop cuts out after having been plugged in for a short time and this is related to heat, as this machine is very hot.

I have opened the machine and performed a light vacuum inside but it still cuts out.

I recently bought a new charger ( non Samsung) but which has worked for it.

Any ideas about what is wrong would be great appreciated. I know very little about computers

the the heat issue started after getting a new charger, then there is a very good possibility it is causing the battery or laptop to overheat.
