Samsung Compliant

I will not be buying any more Samsung products ever again.
We had bought a set of brand new washer and dryer, three years ago, from one of the big box stores (yes, it's out of warranty). Of course, I did not buy the extended warranty and lo and behold the dryer stopped working (not drying) a few weeks ago. As I am quite handy, I replaced the dryer coil, thermostat and cut out relay. The dryer worked for a few days and then quit drying again. No, there are no blockages either internally or in the dryer outlet (this seems to be a common ruse that manufacturers use to pacify the customer before they start to charge them lots of money in repair charges).
So, I called Samsung and they said that since the dryer is out of warranty, Samsung could not do anything or offer compensation in lieu of the frustrations that we had gone through. Finally, I told them that I am fed up with this washer and dryer set and would like to purchase new ones. Even then, Samsung would not offer any credits or compensation. So, these are going to charity or the scrap yard..
I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT .AGAIN.
