Samsung Complaint !!!!!

I want to vent my Samsung experience because I am too frustrated with a Samsung product and their customer service. I purchase a reasonable expensive (over $1,000) flat top electric stove because I thought it would be better then the generic GE products and I liked all the bells and whistle the stove had. I got it delivered to my house and the installer just turned it on to show that the stove worked or so I thought. Since I had never used an flat top before, I didn't know how long the hot surface like was suppose to stay on. After 2 hours, I realized something had to be wrong. I called Samsung Customer Service to report the defect two days after my stove was delivered (my big mistake). I should have called Best Buy and asked them to replace it. Samsung Customer Service were nice in providing me with a local service company and the company did contact me a few days later. The tech showed up to my house on our scheduled date at 5:30 when he was suppose to be at my house between 8 - noon. The tech took apart the stove top section and pull out every wired that the connected to all five burners before he told that he had to replace the burner. He was so rough pulling out the wiring that I felt he devirginized my stove since I hadn't even used it. I called Samsung and complain that I should get a replace since I had just purchased within 14 days. They transfer me to the Executive Relations department (no public relation) for further assistant to replacing my stove. They gave me a transaction number and tried to resolve the problems several time. Each time I call for status, I get a new answer why my request wasn't approve or what additional information I was missing. Two and a half months later, I have been rejected 2 times for a replacement, waiting for a 3rd and wondering what excuses now as to why they won't replace it since I provide them with everything except my DNA that I purchase the product. I am now on a Samsung products protest and ready to ebay my stove off and cut my loss and just buy a new stove from another manufacturer even GE at this point.

Samsung powerbot and bad support service

I sent my Samsung powerbot for repaired since the middle of July of this year. This experience has really changed my view of the company and terrible customer service. They finally approved the exchange team to send out another vacuum since July, every time I called I was advised I would be receiving a call. Today is September 6, 2018, and no one has contacted me yet. C

WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG products again in my life and will do all possible to prevent anyone I know - or even don't know ( through blogs, etc.) from never buying a Samsung product. How is it that foreign manufactures come here and inflict this on American consumers and nobody does ANYTHING about it. If you want reliable household appliances STAY FAR AWAY from Samsung.

I am having a problem i sent in my monitors and TV’s for repair over a months ago it's defected products and still have not got it back i have contacted Samsung million times i just get transferred or told to wait for a call i am so frustrated that i about to contact a lawyer and better business bureau

Here in the Netherlands the shop is responsible for handling warranty claims - not the maker -, and our shop is just a 3 minutes walk away (or another shop, 15 minutes by car). Much better for the consumer, isn't it?

Took a quick look at the "smart" part of the EH5300.

It's just the usual Smart TV that has some Samsung apps. Some of the apps are now dead due to Google's changes (not Samsung.) There is also an ongoing debate what a Smart TV should do.

The biggest complaint I get is the death of the YouTube app (it's dead on Sony and other makes too.) And next is that these TVs rarely play video files off of USB sticks or drives. The common comparison is to a Windows PC and VLC Player!

Have Other very old LG YouTube App Working fine but Samsung Smart TV's all I Have it now No Smart any more even not open Smart I just used for one week only then stop when send for service come back said fix replace board it repair but when open just only TV that all no wifi no smart nothing at all working send it back and for year now not fixed and lose my money paid for 4 samsung Smart TV's now in trash

SAMSUNG - CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WARRANTY

Samsung has the absolute worst customer service there is. I bought a dryer and it costs a lot of money. First time buying Samsung and it failed within a couple months. Troubleshooting took several hours on the phone and about 10 calls to get them to say there is a problem . Once it was approved to get replaced or fixed, it took another two weeks and a dozen calls to get the approval sent. Then I am told it takes 15 days more to get the replacement. It is now over a month and I am still being told it is approved and someone should call me. They advised I cannot talk to their replacement department directly. In the meantime, I have been without a working dryer for a month with 4 kids and laundry to my elbows. This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen in my life and I am never getting anything SAMSUNG again.

Samsung is screwing their clients by forcing unwanted, unnecessary updates down our throats. If you don't allow the update, your phone quits, if you do allow the update, they steal all your personal information. Samsung is the biggest , dirtiest, lying corporation on the planet, right next to Verizon. Don't ever buy samsung ever! I hope they rot in hell for lying, cheating and stealing! The only thing worse than a samsung is an iPhone! Screw them all to hell!

SAMSUNG GALAXY A8 PLUS 2018 WORST PHONE EVER


Yesterday my Samsung A8 Plus automatically dead. 60 days Month back my phone fell down from 12 inchs space where my black glass was damaged. I took the phone to service centre. They checked the phone and said that the mother board (PB) is dead. When I checked there is no internal damaged in motherboard. It was a technical issue from thier side. Same issue happened with my friend but the phone was not damaged so it was repaired. Even before this I purchased Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro but I agreed to replace motherboard because it was water damaged.


There is no point to pay for motherboard because my phone was fallen 60 days back and the issue has caused to my phone yesterday.


When I first learned of this problem, I contacted service centre located in Ghatkopar west, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because I has purchased this phone just 3 months back. I would like a written statement explaining how the mother board has been dead.

WELL I too bought SAMSUNG Products; all have failed or not worked as said. TV intermittent, Printer fails to work through network; Washer never worked correctly and now spin cycle fails. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE is TRUE! Less then year old. My complaint is like the above. three attempts to attain service without service. Unique Repair ALSO must hassle with to attain any service at all. Proves LIES WORK! Like this horrible web site that requires me to REPLY to POST? Most of these type web sites are designed not to help the person who wastes time like me! No correction is forthcoming in any way, manufactures are helped by these web sites; but NEVER improve performance. Let me see if this post gets posted? Why this is called a discussion is part of the greater deception of the system! Few read this or care.

Bought my husband a Samsung tablet in March 2018 for his birthday in May. Tablet started acting up a week after opening. Contacted Samsung customer service they checked it over send it back and is was still doing the same. Sent it back again and this time they ask of we would accept a replacement in a different color which we did. Once it arrived we realized they sent us a refurbished older model and we have been trying to get this resolved without success ever since, it is now October. Multiple calls and emails to case management person Crystal M. have only resulted in making her upset so she stopped communicating all together and when I call to speak to someone else they make it sound as if it is only moments from being resolved. Samsung is giving these people incredible training in in redirection.
I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again, in fact we just purchased an LG tv and it is beautiful.

Samsung Gear Sport Watch Complaint-DO NOT BUY

I purchased a Samsung Gear Sports Watch six months ago, the watch stopped working on Sunday September 16 as I was playing Tennis. I sent the watch for repair and Samsung’s feedback was:
“out of warranty due to liquid damage.”
Please read the following quote from Samsung advertising materials for the Samsung Gear Sports watch:
“If swimming is your sport or you get caught running in the rain, keep going. The Gear Sport has a water-resistant rating of 5ATM or 50 meters, so even in the deep end, your activity is recorded.4 It also has Speedo On—Speedo’s new Swim Tracking app—so you can dig into the details.5”
It turns out that my sport is Tennis, the watch stopped working over a month ago as I was playing tennis, I wasn’t even swimming and it wasn’t raining. I live in the state of Arizona, I would have to travel many miles before I could go deeper than 50 meters.
I contacted Samsung and after a month they have not helped me. Instead, I have gotten the run-around bouncing from department to department; escalating the issue. I’ve sent the watch twice to them through UPS. Samsung representatives have promised to grant a “one-time courtesy repair” only to tell me again and again the watch is unrepairable. Next, they told me the watch was “Beyond Economical Repair (B.E.R).” They told me they needed approval to lift the BER label from my ticket. At that point they had my watch in their possession at the technical department. They told me they had to ship the watch back to my house, I needed to wait 3-5 business days, they had to approve the BER lift, then they will call me so that I could ship the watch back to them for repair.
So, to paraphrase: Samsung rep: “we have your watch; it cannot be repaired; however, we will ship it back to you; you wait 3-5 business days; then call us back to see if we approved that you can ship it back to us; then we will repair it at no cost to you.”
I have dealt with Samsung Customer Support for over a month; I’ve sent the watch twice to them; I’ve spent over 8 hours over the phone, and the issue is not resolved.
I have 2 Samsung TV sets, washer and dryer, and an S8 phone. I really have always associated this brand with a reasonably good level of quality. After this experience I will never purchase Samsung product again unless I see evidence that Samsung has changed their culture significantly. I find their policies to be unfair and unethical. I suggest you as a customer think twice before you let this company take advantage of you. I feel I gave plenty of opportunities to Samsung representatives to do the right thing. I feel really powerless. I’m writing this complaint in the hope that someone at Samsung would like to change their companies’ practices for the better.

I found a “higher up” email for customer support. I google “Samsung US CEO”. Under the picture of Tim Baxter (USA CEO) there’s a button to click to email executive team about customer support issues. I encourage people to email them with their complaints. It will hopefully force the much needed change.

I also have one of their pieces of junk and they will not do anything about it. I have a 9 year old Samsung refrigerator that cost almost $2000. The Display Control panel is bad and they no longer make the part to fix it nor do they have a substitute part. So I'm sitting here with a $2000 refrigerator that doesn't work!!!!!!!!!!!! Samsung should not be allowed to sell refrigerators in this country and anybody who buys one should seriously reconsider. I have put almost as much as the original cost in repairs on this thing and that's over and above the warranty work that was done. It's GARBAGE!!!!!!!! And they do not stand behind their product. They were going to send out a service technician at MY cost for $100 to tell me that there is no part to fix it!!!!!!!!!! These people are frauds!!

Poor Customer Service At Samsung

I recently sent a sound bar to Samsung for Repair, they called me and said it was out of warranty and I needed to pay $80.00 to have it fixed. I paid the repair fee , and they sent the item back to me , still defective. I spent $20.00 , to have shipped back, not to mention my time. , and I spent a total of $100.00, and still not satisfied. I've been a loyal Samsung customer, for years, and have had many of their products, washing machines, T.V., Cell Phone. The one time , I have an issue, they drop the ball. They promised to have someone from the escalation team contact me, its been 2 days, still no answer. My questions is, is Samsung becoming to large of a company, and cant handle the volume of customer complaints, or is it that their products are becoming inferior to competitors, and they are dropping the ball on quality control, the commercials are great, but are the products and customer service just as good ?

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Had a 10 month old tv completely stop working. Easy right.. call customer service it’s under warranty.. the most ridiculous three ring circus possible. They first tried to send a service technician to the house. He didn’t bring the right parts.. so than had to wait another week. Then the day he was rescheduled he called in sick. Seriously you have two people for our area, and the other guy is on vacation. Wait another week,called in to work again the day of the reschedule. You have to be kidding me. Absolutely ridiculous, going on 6 weeks-8 weeks with no tv.. no call backs after being promised better communication and a total refund. Still waiting Samsung. My tv isn’t even a year old.. not even close to most max tv life capability. I do not appreciate the runaround , the multiple calls on my end, the no follow ups whatsoever on your end, the wasted time , wasted money, and not to mention the very upset family.. no cartoons, sports ,or shows. Also the unpaid cable bills because I’m still paying my damn cable bill. Thanks for nothing Samsung. You’ve done everything in your power to have a couple very very unhappy customers and you’ve done absolutely nothing to have things go smooth or at least in our favor at all. Never never again will I buy any of your products, I know you don’t care, just one of the billions that buy your garbage.

I have purchased phones, tablets and washing machine maid by Samsung. I bought a galaxy s6 which has been working fine until two weeks a go until the battery got so hot that it caused the phone to swell and separate. I contacted Samsung and all I got from them was it out of warranty. I don't agree with that at all because Samsung knows about the batteries having these issue and they should be held liable for the issue. The same thing happened to the tablet I purchased from Samsung. From my experience with this company I will never purchase another product from Samsung again.

I have purchased 3 appliances from Samsung & got delivery on 2nd December & after that i was at my hometown when i returned on 26th December i call Samsung service engineer but when he opens appliances LED found broken after that Samsung customer care said that they are not responsible for it dealer will change LED but dealer said Samsung service engineer will solve issue. I have been sucked in issue tried a lot to solve but no result. Its my worst experience in life with Samsung & other then resolving issue Samsung engineer is asking for 15000 for repair as Samsung is responsible for packaging and does Samsung have any proof that dealer have given me LED without damaged my only mistake was that i didn't checked at time of purchase just because of trust on such a big brand but i was wrong.

Anyways i will suggest every one beware of Samsung because if customer is in problem instead of helping they will blame customer only.

A chat representative asked me to download Smart Tutor so she could take control of my phone! My camera kept saying "Camera Failed"! I gave her permission to reset my phone, SAVING ALL OF MY DATA, INCLUDING PICTURES, & OTHER IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS! She assured me that she would! Well she LIED!!! All my pictures, documents, & music is GONE!!! I talked to 2 other agents & a supervisor & they practically told me ma'am YOU'RE ****** it's NOTHING we can do!!! #1 there's NO notes that has been noted that ANY of our agents chatted with you...2nd ALL your **** is GONE & there's NOTHING we can do about that!!! BAD BUSINESS SAMSUNG!!! Now ALL my pictures of my deceased daughter is GONE, DELETED!!!

Samsung has me hostage

I bought Samsung washer Dec 2. Never worked correctly. In February it would not start. Technician said it needs a new motor. He also said machine will keep breaking down; this model is junk he said. I called Samsung several times. I was told machine has to be fixed until it is unfixable. I said I don't want it fixed. Give me my money back or replace machine. They did not satisfy my demand. A technician came March 6 to replace motor. But the machine still did not start. Technician said the electronic panel has to be replaced. I called Samsung and told them I don't want the machine. Nothing they can do, I was told. Samsung made $15.1 billion in profits in one quarter last year and won't take back one washing machine. I have not done laundry at home in two months. IU want my money back or a better Samsung machine. Of course I would rather get my money back and buy a different brand. This machine is junk and the company will not satisfy its customer.

Same thing happened to me and our TV. I just called Samsung to have our TV checked because there was a very thin semitransparent line on the screen, so I thought minor troubleshooting can fix that. They quoted me right away $400 for a panel replacement so we were thinking not to have it replaced as of the moment since TV is working fine anyway. But after their technician opened the TV, it won't turn on as normal anymore...just kept turning on and off for a few seconds. Now our TV is useless unless we pay $400 for the panel.

I download music to my phone and I move them to my audio files into a music folder now whenever I download something it goes straight into an audio download folder where I have all my ringtones and other stuff and I cannot move it into my music folder which is strictly for music it just won't let me

And my game doesn't fit in the whole screen anymore idk why it's not like the screen size changed. Is there a way to get it back full screen
