We must be very gentle with these since they are built for low cost. If you feel you much, get longer warranties. But no, not seeing it here, holding up fine at 3 years later. We don't use it aas much as a Windows laptop.

is it possible samsung if you could make chromebooks a little differently, the hinges holding the screen on are very flimsy and just opening the chromebook eventually breaks it, i barely had mine a year and it broke, same for my sister and a few other people, the screen turns all green and the frame around the edges comes off just by opening it
