my cellphon goes ON and OFF . pls what is the problem.

That's OK. It should go on when you turn it on and off when you turn it off.
Or maybe your description of the problem is incomplete? Like: "it turns on by itself" or "it turns off when the battery is empty"? Then please tell more.

I bougnht a new samsung cellphone last nignt, the cellphone is android system, but I don't know how to unload unnecessary inborn apps, those apps make no difference to me at all and take much space. Can you help me ?
