Each nation's tax laws are different, and, I suspect, are complicated and a minefield.
I would not expect non-Indian nationals to know anything about Indian tax legislation, so this may not be the best forum for you to ask. This forum is for Samsung products and questions in the USA.
If you have any issues with taxes charged in your country of residence then I would suggest you seek the advice of a tax expert in Indian tax law and legislation.

Recently my 1 year old 40 inch Samsung HD smart TV had software issue due to which it was stuck in the reset process step 3 and would not complete the reset process or quit the process. The repair person said he had to replace the mother board. But when he did, he not only charged service charge on his labor, but also another 14.5% towards service tax of the price of the mother board. Not sure if this is legal and correct in India. I thought service tax should only be charged on the labor and not the part. Please suggest.
