I'm trying to register my device however the samsung site is not accepting the serial number from my phone. Can you assist?

I cannot, since I can't collect personal information on the site.

However, the Samsung customer service center would be able to help you out. If you're in the U.S., the number is 800-SAMSUNG. If you're in a different region, you'd be able to contact Samsung at the customer service center on the Support site of the Samsung.com webpage in your region.
