samsung c7000 3d ghosting

Hello, I am an owner of a samsung C7000 3d and the 3d picture is ghosting , specially in dark areas, my tv has the last firmware installed but the problem still, I contacted Samsung but nothing.
Anyone has this problem? , if yes how to fix it please.
