Hi Bigtony402,

Sorry to hear about this. What firmware version are you on? What have you tried to make it work, thus far?

I haven't checked the firmware but I will ASAP . I did do a hard reset which allowed me to sign in to Netflix as well as a few other apps but still no web browser. I have contacted Samsung cust. Care they haven't responded back .

Hi Bigtony402,

OK, be sure to check for the newest firmware. After that, please provide the following:

Smart Hub Version
Unique ID
Web Browser Version
Serial Number
When the issue started
Memory Usage

As the Unique ID and Serial Numbers are sensitive pieces of data, you'll likely want to send this information to us on one of our social media channels. You can find information about how to contact us here: http://forums.cnet.com/7723-13973_102-542437/service-issues-click-here-for-help/

Hi danieldefasson,

To obtain the web browser version: Load Smart Hub and highlight the web browser icon and then press the info button once, a pop up then appears and displays the version.

To obtain the Smart Hub Version/Unique ID/Memory Usage: Load Smart Hub and press the Tools button on the remote, move down to Settings>About Smart Hub.
