Those services are really apps that are provided and written by those services. If you want HBO Go, then HBO has to make the effort and agree to write/provide the app. Samsung is just the maker of the TV and does write the hub and some apps but most are from other companies.

As I understand it Samsung blu-ray players w/Smart Hub can stream services like Netflix and Hulu, but not HBO Go - which is what I require. So can I get a Smart Hub enabled blu ray player with hopes that in the future HBO go will be added? How likely is that?
I know I could get a roku but I need a blue ray player A smart TV would be good, but not in my budget at the moment. Please advise, thanks
