On FireSticks, other things and now this.

Before you call Hulu and Samsung you can do some of the things they may asks you to do.

1. Be sure the date and time is correct for your timezone in router and player.
2. Update the firmware in the player. This is not the same as the app update.
3. Set the DNS on either router or player to a google dns. Try 8.8.8.8
Why? I'm finding TWC's choice of DNS to be causing troubles.

If that's all done, time to call Samsung and Hulu. If folk don't report failures they don't know it needs fixing.
