SAMSUNG BD-C5300 ALL SHARE

Aug 3, 2010 12:21AM PDT

Hi, I bought this Bluray player above all for the ALL SHARE functions (DLNA) but it seems that the these functions are not playable on this product. I already tried wired and wireless. I concluded it cannot stream from any pc. There is no option to connect to a server. Internet functions are ok and also BD-Live but it's impossible to see one folder which is shared on the pc, while this goes well on the 5500 of my friends. Is there anybody who tested the 5300 ALL SHARE ? In the UK website the ALL SHARE functions are mentioned (even if wirelesly ....see: http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/t...otion_20100712
Please help me to discover how this function can be activated.....

same problem
Aug 28, 2010 10:32AM PDT

Hi, I'm also having the same problem. Bought a dongle earlier today and spent hours trying to set up all share but with no luck. Have you made any progress? I will ring samsung during the week to ask if it is possible to set up 'all share'. If the answer is a 'no' then it's not fair that i am left with a falsely advertised player and I will try for some sort of compensation.
