Question

Samsung auto motion plus problem

Feb 1, 2015 2:58AM PST

Hey everyone. I have samsung H8000 tv. It is brand new from Amazon.com. Unfortunately i'm having a big issue with auto motion plus feature. While the picture moves slowly it is all ok. But there is a terrible frame drop in fast moving objects(and something weird happens in the edges of the object) . It is really annoying. I have tried clear, standart and smooth. It is all the same. Disabled eco solution, reset the tv, did not help. How to fix it? Without this feature, i think this tv is not worth the money. Does anybody had this problem or i am the first one? (I have watched movies from laptop with hdmi and from usb 3.0 storage)

I continue to find that turning off motion processing seems to deliver the movie as intended. Such motion processing seems to be a work in progress.

Thank for oyur post.
I have contacted my friend who has samsung hu8700 tv and he did not have any complaints about it. Is it possible that the tv has some kind of defect?

Let's say yes.

Back to dealer and maker to exchange or correct. Remember that they should have already checked firmware version and talked about USB 3.0 issues. Some folk blow up about bitrate decoding issues so again, I note prior discussions.
