This model seems to be having a rough reception. Issues seem to plague it if you follow the web. Frankly it's not a model I would consider given the attitude Samsung seems to take over their designs. They seem to be as bad at this as Microsoft and the Windows 8 Start Button.

It runs Windows 8 RT! and i tried soo many times to restore it. The touchscreen works while the system installs itself, but after it has finished, the touch isn't working anymore...

My advice it to return it.

Windows 8 RT is a non-starter for all I know. It's draconian, restricted to only what Microsoft allows and frankly, what were they thinking?

Sorry but get your money back.
