Samsung approved and rescinded my warranty

Aug 4, 2018 5:39PM PDT

So last year I purchased a Samsung gear S3 frontier the watch was fine up untill a month ago when the speaker started fading so on Saturday July 28 I contacted Samsung and the rep confirmed my warranty (that was effective on the Samsung website)and sent me a ticket for repair so a couple day later I received a bill from Samsung stating the watch needed a new lcd and my warranty was no longer effective, oh and never even told me what was wrong with the speaker so I contacted Samsung and long story short I talked to three reps (all recorded on my own device) who all told me that my warranty was out when they say it's out that even though I have proof from my original rep stating my warranty was in and the website stated the same thing they told me basically Samsung ripped me off and there was nothing I could do Samsung has really let me down and. Can't believe I'm really going to turn to Apple at the end of my lease
