Samsung and Customer No Service

by Fayetteville3 / October 10, 2009 9:36 AM PDT

I have a Samsung B18A3CELB000544 DLP television and after contacting Samsung and explaining that I had white dots appearing on my television to the point that I was unable to watch it anymore, I was given the name of an authorized repair company. I asked for another phone number to contact the corporate office and was told Executive Customer Service would contact me within 5 Business days. Unfortunately, they were not concerned enough to call me back. I scheduled an appointment with Golden In Home Service in Buford Georgia and they promptly came out and on 10/09/09 and replaced the video DLP. The repair took 20 minutes and the cost was as follows:

Part# 4719-00198/A $154.00
Labor $130.00
Mileage $20.00

Total Repair Cost $304.00

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
