There are some that demand it get fixed so back to Samsung.com and arrange for repair if they have no other ideas.

I have a Samsung Crystal Surround Air Track HW-FM35 sound bar that I have had paired for nearly 2 years via wireless soundshare to a Samsung UN46ES6580 TV. All of a sudden the wireless soundshare stopped working during use and I have not been able to reconnect since. Nothing in the TV setup had changed including any frequency interferences that I know of when the problem occurred. I have tried deleting the device from the TV SoundShare settings list and repairing the sound bar to no avail. I have also tried changing other sound settings and the Anynet+ settings. The TV will recognize the sound bar but gives an "Unable to connect" message. I searched the forums and tried several solutions such as router interference and device resets but nothing seems to fix it. Does anyone have any other fix to try?
