Answer
Start at www.samsung.com

In the USA it's 1800SAMSUNG to see if they have service for your product. Often this is outsourced or done by others.

In some cases repair exceeds replacement costs (this is called BER or beyond economical repair.)

Information is incorrect

This is incorrect advice. I work for Samsung HVAC and the information is incorrect. How can we talk so we can get this corrected?

What part is incorrect?

I've used 1800SAMSUNG to arrange for or find service in the USA for years. Also, BER is a real problem for folk to accept. Sometimes you just have to replace a thing.

Now if you are a HVAC tech and need Samsung support, you still hit samung.com or their number to get redirected to those that can help. Mind you I do know techs that demand this be for free and will call it incorrect for that issue.

The HVAC division is a different location and you do not call 1-800Samsung. Check out our official Samsung HVAC website for better information.

Completely understand the BER and replacing, my point is your giving out wrong contact details.

Not really.

Samsung redirects as needed.

Not only that, if you knew the "right site" why did you ask? We get a lot of spammers that ask a similar question then follow up with the "right" answer.

As a moderator I see that a lot.

Samsung website

The Samsung website does not have a redirect to HVAC under the Appliance section. Check it out. In fact HVAC is not even listed. We are working on that.

Sorry, was not trying to be a spammer......was hoping you provided the correct information and if not wanted to try and correct the details for future posts. I found a post from 2015 that was wrong and was hoping that it would be correct now.

Not sure how you can correct this on your side.....but it really is samsunghvac.com, not samsung.com. Again check out the sites.

This is why I call in.

I've always been redirected. As folk come here all over the world I can't just give 1800SAMSUNG out and be done. I ask folk to find the number at www.samsung.com.

Good luck on adding that other site. It's like I can't find the Samsung Developer link there either, but I know how to find it via a phone call or a Google.
