return the phone

return the phone and get another carrier plan. sprint is one of the worse carriers out there and their phones are all out of date.

I love my phone and that is the only problem i've had with it. the camera is decent and i like the music player controls, plus I love all the multi media capabilities with the sprint network

return the phone. you can find a lot better phones from other networks that provide the same content. and best of all, they will be FREE since carriers treat new customers a lot better than their current customers.
